DIET, GHSS Boys Kishtwar collaborate start Janbhagidari events with NIPUN Bharat Pledge

KISHTWAR, JUNE 03: District Institute of Educational Training (DIET), in conjunction with Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) Kishtwar, today started the Janbhagidari events by taking the NIPUN Bharat Pledge. The primary objective of these events is to enhance awareness and foster a sense of pride among stakeholders regarding the G-20, the National Education Policy (NEP), and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

The NIPUN Pledge, an integral part of the Janbhagidari initiative, was embraced by all students and staff members of HSS Boys Kishtwar and DIET Kishtwar. Acknowledging the significance of foundation literacy and numeracy, DIET Principal and Javed Ahmed Kichloo, Principal HSS Boys Kishtwar, expressed their hope for collaborative efforts from all stakeholders to achieve the goal of NIPUN Bharat.

The NIPUN Pledge ceremony, conducted in the English language, was led by Riaz Ahmed, Senior Lecturer at DIET, and DNO Janbaghidari DIET Kishtwar, emphasizing the importance of NIPUN Bharat during the Janbhagidari Event.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Education, in partnership with all states and union territories, is organizing Janbhagidari events nationwide, aiming to create awareness and instill a sense of pride among stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and the community at large. These events will shine a spotlight on G-20, the National Education Policy, and FLN. DIET Kishtwar has meticulously planned various activities, including workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, scheduled to be held from June 1st to June 15th, 2023, at educational institutions across the Kishtwar district, with the intention of engaging individuals from diverse backgrounds.

The Janbhagidari event will lead up to the 4th Education Working Group (4th EdWG) discussion in Pune, Maharashtra, from June 19th to June 21st, 2023, and culminate with the Education Ministerial meeting on June 22nd, 2023.
