PM-Vishwakarma; GPC Ramban concludes training of Beauty & Wellness Training Batch

RAMBAN, MARCH 14: Government Polytechnic, Chanderkote, Ramban, successfully concluded the training program of 2nd batch of the PM-Vishwakarma Scheme and 1st batch of Assistant Barber Training Batch. 

This revolutionary initiative, aimed at empowering skilled artisans and fostering self-reliance in the apparel trade, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary. 

Under the patronage of the Skill Development Department, the training programme was conducted at the PM Vishwakarma Centre, Govt. Polytechnic, Chanderkote. This initiative aimed to nurture entrepreneurship among candidates hailing from various parts of the district, thereby contributing to the overall development of Ramban.

The assessed batch comprised 17 enthusiastic male and female candidates, demonstrating a diverse range of talents and skills. 

Principal of Government Polytechnic Ramban, Er. Vivek Mahajan, encouraged the candidates and provided insightful guidance on the scheme. 

 During the assessment, candidates underwent both theoretical and practical evaluations, showcasing their proficiency and expertise in the field. The assessments were conducted under the meticulous supervision of the institution’s Principal and HOD (E&C), Er. Pawan Kumar, who also serves as the SPOC for the Vishwakarma Scheme.
