Notorious narcotics peddler apprehended in Rajouri; 6 grams of heroin seized

In a significant counter-narcotics operation, the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) in Rajouri arrested a notorious narcotics peddler.

The accused was apprehended in Village Bareri, Naushera, with 6 grams of heroin-like substance recovered from his possession.

The police have registered a criminal case under the relevant sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at PS Naushera.

A thorough investigation is underway to uncover the suspect’s backward and forward linkages in the drug trafficking network.
