Major drug bust: Samba police arrest hardcore interstate heroin smuggler

In a major victory against the drug trade, the Samba Police nabbed a notorious interstate heroin smuggler, Kulwinder Singh, son of Mukhtar Singh, resident of Gujjarpur in Tehsil Khandur Sahib, District Tarn Taran, State Punjab.
