Kishtwar Idol Season 2.0 Quarter Final Audition concludes at Kishtwar

10 Contestants each to contest under Senior (above 18 year), Junior (below 18 years) categories in next round
KISHTWAR, MAY 9: The Kishtwar Idol Season 2.0, a brain child of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Devansh Yadav, continues its journey towards musical excellence for the second consecutive year with enthusiastic participation of aspiring singers from across the district.

Today marked a significant milestone as the quarter final round of theatrical auditions concluded at the Auditorium of Govt Degree College Kishtwar. With 67 contestants vying for a coveted spot in the Seminal final round, the competition was fierce yet melodious.

Out of the talented pool of contestants, 10 participants each under the Senior (above 18 years) and Junior (below 18 years) categories were selected to advance to the next round by the esteemed panel of judges, comprising Musical Maestros Mool Raj Misher, Suresh Chauhan, Bhavna Dubey, Sanjeev Sharma, Dy SP Sajjad Khan and Ashok Kumar (flute master).

Each performance was a testament to the aspirants’ dedication and passion for music, as they showcased their talent and capabilities with dreams of reaching the grand finale of Kishtwar Idol 2.0.

Under the discerning gaze of the jury members, every note reverberated with emotion and finesse, ensuring that only the most deserving candidates progressed to the next stage of the competition.

The relentless efforts of the Kishtwar Idol team, guided by the sagacious leadership of District Information Officer Dr. Kuldeep Kumar JKAS, alongside the anchor/Incharge Cultural Cell CEO office Kishtwar Awani Sen, played a pivotal role in orchestrating a successful quarter final audition.
Kishtwar Idol continues to be a platform provided by the district administration to nurture and promote local talent, giving wings to the aspirations of young and budding singers.
