General Observer visited 5 polling stations 

Leh, May 6, 2024: In anticipation of the forthcoming general election, General Observer for 01-Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency, BH Talati accompanied with Expenditure Observer Gajender Singh meticulously inspected 5 polling stations on May 5.

The polling station that the General Observer visited were Government Middle School Skamphuk with polling booth number 26, Government High Secondary School Bogdang with polling booth number 08, Government Primary School Garari with the polling booth number 6, Government High Secondary School Tyakshi with polling booth number 02 and Government Primary School Thang which is the last border village with polling booth number 01.

With each visit, the General Observer ensured that the electoral process was conducted with transparency and integrity, upholding the democratic principles of the nation. He inquired about the number of students and voters at the polling booth.

He also interacted with the public and the concerned Booth Level Officers (BLOs) at the polling station.

The polling booth inspection team consisted of Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO) Nubra, Toufail Iqbal, Inspector Sultan, Station House Officer (SHO) Nubra, Flying Squad Team 07 Head and Team, Flying Squad Team Turtuk block Head and Team.
