DLIC Doda approves 82 Mumkin Cases, 5 Cases under Tejaswini Schemes

DODA, August 23: The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) today met here today to evaluate the progress of Mission Youth schemes, including Mumkin, Tejaswini, and Spurring Entrepreneurship.

Chaired by District Development Commissioner (DDC) Doda, Vishesh Mahajan, the meeting aimed to assess the impact and advancements of these youth-centric initiatives.

In the opening discussions, the committee scrutinized the status of the Mission Youth schemes. Notably, the committee granted approval to 82 cases under the Mumkin scheme. However, nine of these cases were subsequently referred for additional verification by the ARTO (Assistant Regional Transport Officer), and six applications were rejected due to the applicants’ previous utilization of loans.

Under the Tejaswini schemes, out of seven cases, five received approval, while one case met rejection criteria as the applicant had already availed a loan. Additionally, one case was deferred pending further clarification.

The committee members meticulously reviewed all cases and conducted interviews of the applicants to ensure the transparent and efficient implementation of the schemes.

The meeting was  attended by key officials including the General Manager of DIC Doda, DSEO Doda, Employment Officer Doda, and LDM Doda, collectively reflecting the commitment to empowering youth in the district through these Mission Youth initiatives.
