ARTO expresses shock over tragic accident on Gulabgarh-Hakoo Road 

KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 10: The Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kishtwar,Mohd Saleem Manhas has extended sincere condolences to bereaved families who lost their dear ones in  tragic accident on Gulabgarh Hakoo road.

He said the Motor Vehicle Department and enforcement agencies are diligently working to enforce road safety measures, leaving no stone unturned in their efforts.

 The ARTO has earnestly requested citizens to act responsibly, avoide overloaded vehicles and consider  road conditions during adverse weather before planning journey. The plea emphasizes the need for collective cooperation to prevent accidents and uphold safety standards.
