Vikshit Sankalp Bharat Yatra is in final phase in Ramban District

RAMBAN, December 26: The Vikshit Sankalp Bharat Yatra is making waves as it enters the final phase in Ramban, making centrally sponsored schemes more accessible to the local community. Acting as a powerful bridge between these schemes and prospective beneficiaries, the Yatra covered blocks in Ramban, Rajgarh and Ramsoo, making a lasting impact on untouched Panchayats.

As the Yatra is in its final stage, only two Panchayats in Ramban District remain untouched.

Led by DC Ramban, Baseer Ul Haq Choudhary, the district administration has executed a well-planned strategy, leaving no corner of Ramban untouched. The initiative aims to empower locals by creating awareness and encouraging active participation in crucial schemes.

Since its launch on November 28, the Yatra has seen vibrant participation in Panchayats like Sujmatna-A, Dhanmsata-C, Kumate, and Adhwa. The district administration, involving all departments, has been reaching out to people, spreading awareness about schemes like Jal Jeeven Mission, Ayushman Bharat – PMJAY, Poshan Abhiyaan, and more.

Officers interact passionately with the community, emphasizing the Yatra’s core objective: raising awareness about government schemes. The Yatra goes beyond awareness, incorporating interactive sessions on technological advancements in agriculture. The ‘Mari Kahaani Meri Zubaani’ initiative adds a personal touch by sharing positive beneficiary experiences.

With a focus on nutritional awareness, especially for children and women, Poshan (ICDD) Ramban collaborates with the health department for anemia testing. The Yatra also provides free healthcare services under Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Witnessing significant pledge participation from the public and government officials, it affirms their commitment to contributing to the vision of a developed India.
