Tejinder chairs Youth National Conference Meeting to Strengthen Grassroots Cadre
Lauds Indian Forces amid Border Tensions, extends full support to Govt
JAMMU, May 12: Tejinder Pal Singh Aman, Provincial President of Youth National Conference (YNC), Jammu, chaired an important meeting of party youth leaders and workers from Jammu Urban, Jammu Rural-A, Jammu Rural-B, and Samba districts at Sher e Kashmir Bhawan Jammu to discuss organizational matters and to strengthen the youth wing at the grassroots level.

Addressing the meeting, Aman emphasized the critical role of youth in shaping the political landscape of Jammu and Kashmir. He urged the cadre to remain proactive in connecting with people at the ground level and to act as a bridge between the public and the party leadership.
During the meeting, Aman also commended the Indian Armed Forces for their unwavering courage and commitment in defending the people of Jammu and Kashmir against ongoing threats, particularly in light of recent Pakistani drone intrusions amid heightened Indo-Pak tensions. He saluted the security forces for their “exemplary bravery in ensuring civilian safety and protecting the sovereignty of the nation.”
He informed the gathering that on the directions of Party President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, the Youth National Conference has extended its full support to the government and the armed forces. “At this critical hour, we stand united with the country,” Aman stated, reinforcing the National Conference’s consistent stand on national security and civilian welfare. He stressed the importance of grassroots mobilization, especially in areas affected by border hostilities.
Sahil Kerni District President Jammu Urban YNC said that the youth must work with sincerity and dedication to strengthen the National Conference at every booth, every village, and every mohalla. It is our collective duty to support people who have taken shelter in camps due to ongoing border tensions. The Youth NC must be at the forefront of relief and assistance,” he urged.
Taking stock of party organization, Aman instructed the Jammu District President of YNC to immediately constitute the district committee, ensuring greater coordination and outreach.
The meeting concluded with a unanimous resolve to reinforce the presence of the Youth National Conference across the province and work in alignment with the party’s mission of peace, unity, and development.
