Shailendra Kumar gets Addl charge as J&K Finance Secretary

In a recent administrative move, the J&K Government assigned additional charge of Finance Secretary to IAS officer Shailendra Kumar. A 1995 batch AGMUT cadre officer, Kumar currently serves as Principal Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department and also holds charge of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens. The appointment aims to streamline administrative functions across key departments.
