Sat Sharma inaugurates ‘New Grand Bakshi Resorts’ Banquet Hall in Marh, lauds youth entrepreneurship

Marh, Jammu, 17 June 2025: Sat Sharma, President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, inaugurated a majestic banquet hall “New Grand Bakshi Resorts” at Seri, Marh, marking a significant addition to the region’s hospitality infrastructure and a commendable step in youth-led entrepreneurship.

MLA Marh Surinder Bhagat, BJP Secretary Ayodhya Gupta, District President Jammu Adv. Rajesh Gupta, and other prominent political and social personalities were also present on the occasion

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the young entrepreneur Ankush Gupta, lauding his initiative as a reflection of the rising spirit of self-reliant India. “It is indeed a pleasurable and proud moment to witness the youth of India actively choosing the path of entrepreneurship. By creating this beautiful setup, Ankush is not only building a successful venture but also becoming a job provider for over 100 individuals,” he said.

Sat Sharma further appreciated the owner’s commitment to social causes. “The management has pledged to conduct one marriage event free of cost every year for an orphan girl and will also provide free materials and space for religious and social events like Langars outside the premises. This reflects true social responsibility,” he added.

Surinder Bhagat also praised the initiative, stating, “This resort is a testament to how business can be blended with community service. Such projects bring development to our region and inspire others to follow the path of constructive entrepreneurship.”

Entrepreneur Ankush Gupta, the proprietor of “New Grand Bakshi Resorts”, expressed gratitude to the guests and said, “It was my dream to build a space that offers premium facilities to the people of Marh and nearby areas. I also feel strongly about giving back to society, and I assure that this resort will always stand by the needy for social and religious causes.”

The inauguration concluded with blessings and good wishes for the prosperity of the new venture, which is set to become a landmark for celebrations and community service in the region.
