RDD Leh promotes cleanliness through painting competition in Choglamsar

Leh, Sept 27, 2023: Rural Development Department, Leh organised a painting competition on cleanliness under the ‘Swachhta hi Seva’ campaign at Panchayat Choglamsar 1st.

Around 25 students representing five different schools in the Leh block participated in the painting competition.

Block Development Officer (BDO), Leh, Tsering Anghchuk and Sarpanch Choglamsar, Tsering Palkit distributed prizes to the students.  

The presence of Panchayat Secretaries from Leh block and Goba, along with the active participation of Panchayat members from Choglamsar 1st Panchayat, underscored the collective resolve of the local community in advancing the Swachhta mission.
