Ravinder lauds armed forces, questions BJP’s attempts to cash on forces ‘ bravery
Sunderbani, June 3:- Former MLC and Chief Spokesperson JKPCC has lauded the role of armed forces in carrying out operation but questioned BJP’s attempts to cash on the bravery of armed forces for claiming credit for vote bank politics.
He hit out at BJP’ leaders for their insulting remarks against armed forces and criticised the silence of BJP’s top brass over such insensitive utterances of BJP ministers,MPs,MLAs which has totally exposed the dual standards of BJP. On one hand BJP is trying to draw political milage out of operation Sindhoor as they claim that Sindhoor flows through their veins but on the other hand don’t take action against senior party leaders insulting armed forces.
Sharma declared that a series of Jai Hind Yatras shall be organized at all Districts, Assembly and block wise to honour the armed forces in Jammu and Kashmir by the Congress party which shall be supervised and coordinated by Senior PCC leaders.
Addressing a largely attended workers meeeting at here today, JKPCC Chief Spokesperson announced Jai Hind Yatra at Sunderbani on June 11, besides similar programmes in other parts of Province. He welcomed several prominent persons into congress including Sr Lecturer ,retd, Rajiv Chadha,Retd Principal Bansi Lal ,Master Subash Sharma, Inspector Pyt Thoru Ram ,Ch Anwar, S Gurjit Singh , ,Youth Leader Rajiv Verma Pranshul Chadha. Hitting out at BJP govt for putting the lives of our soldiers by advance information to the enemy country about the plan of IAF & other forces to attack ,Sharma said several significant questions have arisen in the situation about serious security lapses at Pehalgam mishandling at foreign policy levels,bowing before US ,failures to check hige IMF aid to Pakistan .
He alleged that Modi government and BJP are hiding behind success and bravery of armed forces but running away from answering the vital questions raised by the leading defence experts and opposition especially LOP in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi .Why not special session of Parliament over vital questions pertaining to the sovereignty, integrity and security of the nation, he asked .
Lauding the congress and other opposition MPs on foreign trip to attend to the call of the nation, Sharma questioned what was Prime Minister Modi doing all these eleven years having undertaken over 100 foreign visits but only two nations sided with India in the situation while US treated India like Pakistan, a terrorist state. Modi government should share the concern of the Nation and reply unanswered questions.
