Pakistan’s attempt to create communal divide will never succeed: Adv. Purnima

Jammu, 30th April 2025: Strongly condemning the recent terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 innocent tourists, BJP Spokesperson, J&K, and former Deputy Mayor, Adv. Purnima Sharma lashed out at Pakistan for its repeated attempts to disrupt peace and communal harmony in Jammu & Kashmir.

In a press statement issued here today, the senior BJP leader said that Pakistan is once again trying to create a rift between Hindus and Muslims by orchestrating such cowardly acts of terrorism. “These attempts are aimed at derailing the peace process and instigating division among communities. But let me make it very clear—Kashmir is not alone this time. Every Indian stands with the people of the Valley,” she asserted.

Adv. Sharma hailed the efforts of the Modi Government in restoring normalcy and bringing tourism back to the Valley nearly after three decades. “Due to the peaceful atmosphere under Modi Ji’s leadership, tourism in Kashmir has seen a remarkable revival. This resurgence has opened up new avenues of employment for the youth, boosting the local economy and instilling fresh hope,” she said.

She further noted that the Modi Government’s strong will and decisive policies have succeeded in ending the era of stone pelting, hartals, and bandh culture that had gripped the region for years. “Today, Kashmir is scripting a new chapter of development, unity, and integration with the rest of the country,” she added.

Adv. Purnima Sharma vowed that the people of India will never allow Pakistan to succeed in its sinister designs after the Pahalgam terror attack. “Kashmir is, was, and will always remain an integral part of India. No force in the world can change that,” she added.
