Pakistan frustrated by peace in J&K under Modi: Vibodh

Reunion of PoJK with India is inevitable: Vibodh

JAMMU, October 27: Jammu and Kashmir BJP General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta, while addressing a meeting of the party activists of Jammu North District, strongly condemned the unprovoked firing by Pakistan in Arnia and Suchetgarh sectors along the International Border (IB). He said that  the neighbouring country is in deep frustration and trying to provoke the peace loving India.

Vibodh Gupta said that not only Indians but people in PoJK too celebrated the historic Accession Day with full enthusiasm, which sent a very clear message that people on both sides of borders are looking forward to see the reunion of PoJK with the Indian Union.

“Pakistan got frustrated after seeing the morale of the people high on the issue of PoJK’s reunion with India and indulged in unprovoked firing. The Accession Day is being celebrated with utmost zeal and enthusiasm for the last few years after Narendra Modi took over as the Prime Minister of India in 2014. The PM has repeatedly declared on different occasions that PoJK will be retrieved from the illegal occupation of Pakistan and that Jammu and Kashmir is incomplete without this area”, Vibodh added.

Vibodh Gupta said that during all these years of Modi government, many bold and path-breaking decisions have been taken with the motive of restoring peace and normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir. He strongly asserted that the security forces got free hand to deal with the Pakistan sponsored terrorists and large numbers of terrorists have been eliminated, thus achieving success in bringing peace and normal life on track. He maintained that the killings of militants, busting their hideouts, identifying the anti national elements and booking them for seditious activities, turned Pakistan insane as a result of which it has been attempting to infiltrate trained terrorists and send weapons and ammunition from areas along the International Border.

The BJP leader said that the Indian army and para military forces will continue to thwart every attempt of Pakistan to revive the dying militancy in the UT and the day is not far when India will succeed in getting PoJK retrieved from Pakistan.

Jammu North district president Omi Khajuria said that Pakistan has failed to fulfil its desire of snatching Kashmir from India during all these years of proxy war from 1989 onward and that our citizens and brave forces are strong enough to defeat the nefarious designs of Pakistan. India has displayed its military strength in all the wars with Pakistan after independence and this country is digging its own grave by making failed attempts to infiltrate.
