Northern Railway’s USBRL Project: Steady progress as 53 km Rail Line in Ramban nears completion

The ambitious Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project, spanning 111 kilometers to connect Banihal and Katra, is making significant progress with 53 kilometers of the railway line in Ramban district nearing completion. Led by Northern Railway, in collaboration with IRCON, KRCL, and their Concessionaire companies, the project remains on track to deliver a seamless train journey beyond Banihal.
