10 AUG: NC gets go-ahead from J&K High Court for plough symbol to contest Hill Council Elections in Ladakh said NC vice president Omar Abduallah.

Claiming it to be a major victory, Omar hailed NC lawyer Shariq Reyaz for scoring the vital win in the elections.
