SP Rural Brijesh Sharma Addresses Media On Recovered Stolen Goods in Nagrota.

In a notable effort to tackle theft, SP Rural Brijesh Sharma, along with other senior officials, held a press conference today at the Nagrota Police Station. They shared some exciting updates on recent breakthroughs in several cases throughout the Nagrota Sub-Division.

Earlier, three FIRs were filed at the Nagrota, Jhajjar Kotli and Manwal Police Stations. Acting quickly, the investigation kicked off from the Jhajjar Kotli Police Post. Here, SHO Amit Roshan from the Manwal Police Post used a mix of human intelligence and technical analysis to catch four suspects: Basant Kumar from Nagrota, Ranjit and Debi Chand from Reasi and Jatinder from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

The operation was conducted under the overall supervision of SSP Jammu, Joginder Singh, during which 23 advanced radio units, valued at around Rs 60 lakhs (each worth Rs 2.5 lakhs), were recovered from the possession of the arrested.

Another Operation, involving two cases of electric wire theft reported at Police Station Nagrota and Police Station Sidhra were also solved in which four individuals namely Mubarak Hussain, Manzoor Ahmad, Nisar and Sartaj Ali were detained and also the stolen electric wire was also recovered from their possession whose value was said to be around Rs 8 lakh.
