Majid Hyderi apprehended on multiple charges following court order in Srinagar

SRINAGAR, September 15: In a significant development in Srinagar, Police have arrested Majid Hyderi on multiple charges in response to an order issued by the Court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMIC). The accused, identified as Majid Hyderi, son of Jahangir Hyderi and a resident of Peerbagh, has been taken into custody. He faces a range of serious charges, including criminal conspiracy, intimidation, extortion, giving false information, and defamation.

FIR No 88/2023 U/S 120-B, 177,386,500 of IPC registered in Sadder PS on basis of order issued by Hon’ble court of JMIC Srinagar. One Majid Hyderi S/o Jahangir Hyderi R/o Peerbagh arrested for criminal conspiracy, intimidation, extortion, giving false information, defamation etc.
