Ladakh Rural Livelihood Mission organises training session in Leh

LEH, February 17: Ladakh Rural Livelihood Mission (LRLM) organised a training to the potential Lakhpati Didi in two different blocks of Leh district on February 15. 

The trainer was community resource person on Lakhpati didi initiative happened earlier in the district.

The clutters coordinators and LRLM staff put their efforts in making the event successful although there will be continuous training for the 3000 Lakhpati identified didis in other blocks.

The main objective of this initiative is to provide SHG members with more livelihood opportunities by earning 10000 per month making them Lakhpati didi.

More than 30 Self Help Group (SHG) members participated in the training.
