J&K Govt appoints Public Prosecutors for Ganderbal and Kupwara Sessions Courts

The Jammu and Kashmir Home Department has appointed officers of the J&K Prosecution Service as Public Prosecutors and Additional Public Prosecutors under Section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Sheikh Tanveer Rasool, Syed Jehangir Ahmad, and Shafat Ahmad Bhat have been assigned to Ganderbal and Kupwara Sessions Courts for conducting criminal cases.
