J&K FFRC bans mandatory advance fee collection by private schools
The J&K Fee Fixation Committee (FFRC) has issued Circular No. 15 FFRC of 2025, directing all private schools not to compel parents to pay advance fees. Schools must collect tuition fees on a monthly basis. Violations will invite strict legal action, as per the circular issued by Chairperson Justice Sunil Hali.
