Jammu-Srinagar NHW traffic halted by shooting stones at Ramban; SSG, Mughal roads open

Traffic on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NHW) has been halted in both directions due to shooting stones at Mehad, Ramban, according to a tweet by the official Twitter account of Jammu & Kashmir Traffic Police.

Authorities have advised people to cooperate with traffic police and avoid traveling on the NHW until further notice as clearance operations are underway.

It also informed that the SSG road and Mughal road are open for vehicular movement, offering alternative routes for travelers.
