Jammu police issues advisory for PM Modi’s public rally at Battal Ballian, Udhampur

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public rally scheduled for tomorrow in Battal Ballian, Udhampur, the Central Pool Security Jammu has issued an advisory for the general public intending to participate in the event. The advisory emphasizes safety and security measures for a smooth conduct of the program.

According to the advisory, attendees are advised to enter the venue from Battal Ballian Chowk, Udhampur side, and to arrive punctually before the commencement of the program, with entry gates opening at 10 AM. Identification proof, such as Aadhar card, Election card, or Pan Card, is mandatory for entry, and cooperation during the frisking process is requested.

Parking arrangements have been made by Civil Administration and Traffic Police, and attendees are instructed to park their vehicles in the designated slots to avoid congestion.

Media personnel covering the event are requested to assemble at DPL Udhampur at 8 AM for transportation to the venue.

In terms of prohibited items, attendees are strictly advised against carrying bags, tiffin boxes, water bottles, cameras, weapons, sharp-edged articles, inflammable materials, cigarettes, matchboxes, lighters, umbrellas, objectionable flags, or any electronic gadgets. Mobile phones should be kept in switched off or silent mode throughout the duration of the event.

The advisory, signed by Shamsheer Hussain-JKPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Security Jammu, underscores the importance of cooperation and awareness among attendees to ensure the success and safety of the public rally.

Authorities urge all participants to adhere to the guidelines and cooperate with security personnel for a secure and incident-free event.
