How to make prawn and duck chips?

Prawn and duck chips are unique and flavorful snacks made from prawn and duck. Here is a quick and simple recipe of how to make prawn and duck chips.
Ingredients: Prawns, Duck Stock, Oil, baking paper.

Instructions:

  1. Cook prawns halves on the pan and cover them with oil, baking paper and heavy pan.
  2. Cook for 30 sec on medium-high heat, then on low until they are crispy (it will take approx 10 mins)
  3. You can finish it in a dehydrator at 60 degrees Celsius.
  4. Reduce duck stock and cook it very slowly on pan.
  5. Carefully transfer it and place the prawns shell side down.
  6. Push it together cur the portions and finish it in a dehydrator.
    Enjoy them nice and crisp.
