Manyal laid foundation stone for new temple in Kandyar Panthal in Reasi

Udhampur: Goswami Guru Nabha Dass had a staunch resolve to work for the humanity, stated Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Jammu and Kashmir BJP General Secretary and former minister.

Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal, who is also Advisor of Guru Nabha Dass Samaj Kalyan Parishad (GNDSKP) was addressing a meeting of MBPA at Dyala Chak Sansoo in Udhampur, to discuss the preparations for the upcoming Prakash Diwas/ Jayanti of Shree Guru Nabha Dass ji Maharaj, which was held at Dyala Chak Sansoo in Udhampur.

Som Raj Kundal, Chairperson MBPA, Rattan Balotra, President MBPA, Sansar Kanotra President, GNDSKP, BR Rao, Retd CPO, Gopal Dass, Rajesh, Raghubir and others were amongst the prominent present in the meeting.

Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, while addressing the meeting, said that Goswami Guru Nabha Dass served the humanity with a staunch resolve. He said that Guru ji was a great saint of his time, who developed a keen insight into the study of religions. He said that he established himself as a guiding force for the others and also authored a book named “Bhaktamal”.

While sharing insight about the meeting, Dr Manyal said that while the Jayanti of Guru ji will be celebrated on 8th April, it is decided that the celebrations for the “Prakash Diwas” will continue for one month from 17th March till 17th April.

Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal also congratulated and conveyed his best wishes to the gathering, the contributors and all the followers of the faith for the recently constructed temple and its hall. He added that these places of worships provide the people a place to promote communal harmony and intra as well inter-faith brotherhood.

Dr. Manyal along with others also laid the foundation stone of a temple of Shree Guru Nabha Dass ji at Kandyar block Panthal Reasi.
