Govt Polytechnic College Ramban organises on campus recruitment drive, Counselling Session

RAMBAN, MAY 6: Government Polytechnic College Ramban, in collaboration with Urban Money- a finance sector Company, conducted an on Campus recruitment drive for the position of Marketing and Sales Executives here today.


The collaboration between Government Polytechnic College Ramban and Urban Money, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, underscores a shared commitment to foster talent and create meaningful employment opportunities for the youth in the district.
The event kicked off with an engaging pre-placement talk delivered by HRs Khushboo Sharma and Mantasha Pandit, representing Urban Money. Their insightful discussions were graciously welcomed by Vivek Mahajan, the Principal.


More than 100 students participated in the recruitment drive, showcasing their skills and talents. After a rigorous selection process, 23 students emerged as top contenders for the position, highlighting the exceptional talent pool at the college. The selected candidates are offered an attractive package of up to Rs 3 lakh per annum.
In addition to the recruitment activities, a counseling and guidance session was also conducted to provide valuable insights to the students.
Amit Kumar, Assistant Director Employment Ramban, and Lovepreet Singh from the Union Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India, shared their expertise and advice, empowering the students to make informed career decisions.


The event was graced by the presence of Abid Hussain, Training and Placement Officer, along with Er. Pawan Kumar, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication, who provided invaluable support and encouragement to the students throughout the process.
