Gole, Talab Tillo delegation meets Tejinder Singh, raises alarm over Power & Water Crisis

Jammu, May 23: Today a delegation of residents from  New Gole, Talab Tillo, Jammu  area met Tejinder Pal Singh Aman, Provincial President of Youth National Conference, and apprised him of the acute problems being faced by the people due to unscheduled power cuts and irregular water supply amid the soaring temperatures.

The delegation, expressed serious concern over the deteriorating condition of basic amenities in their locality. They said that despite the rise in mercury, the administration has failed to ensure uninterrupted power and water supply, forcing residents to suffer in silence.

Tejinder Pal Singh Aman gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured them that their grievances would be taken up with the concerned authorities at the earliest. He lambasted the administration for its apathetic approach and failure to respond to the needs of the people.

He said that the present government headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is fully committed to public welfare and is continuously working to strengthen basic infrastructure and streamline essential services. “The issues raised by the people are genuine and deserve immediate attention. Under the leadership of Omar Abdullah, our government remains focused on delivering good governance and ensuring that no citizen is left to suffer,” Aman stated.

The Provincial President YNC reiterated that the National Conference stands firmly with the people and will continue to raise their concerns at every appropriate platform. Aman also urged the concerned departments to act swiftly to restore regular power and water supply in the affected area of Gole, Talab Tillo, Jammu.

Sahil Kerni District President Jammu Urban YNC urged party Youth workers to remain in close contact with the people and work tirelessly to mitigate their problems. He emphasized that the Omar Abdullah government has always prioritized the welfare of the common people.
