GDC Neeli Nallah organises cleanliness drive

UDHAMPUR, December 19: NSS Unit, “Sewak” Government Degree College Neeli Nallah, Udhampur organized Cleanliness Drive  under the guidance of Prof. Hans Raj, Principal of the college.

 The programme started with key note address by the principal of the college. A number of students took part in the cleanliness Drive with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Principal share his valuable words with the students and said that an institution of higher education must impart the knowledge regarding cleanliness, safe environment, hygiene, extension work, shramdaan, beautification, awareness campaigns, sports, plantation drives, and health of stakeholders, to the students in particular and the society in general through these activities and extension works.

The convener of the programme was Prof. Shaista Yasmeen (NSS PO).The members of organising committee were Dr. Sunil Tanoch, Prof. Rekha Sharma, Dr. Akhter Hussain, Dr.Zahoor Mir, Dr. Muntazir, Dr. Mahima Bhagat, Mr. Pradeep, Miss Swati Sharma.
