Empowering Tribal at Grassroots: Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan enters 4th Day
KISHTWAR, JUNE 18: The 15-day-long IEC campaign under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan activities continued on the fourth consecutive day in District Kishtwar.

Today an awareness camp was held at Panchayat Chicha, Block Nagseni, to impart awareness and ensure saturation of Centrally Sponsored Schemes among the tribal community.
The event saw active participation from the tribal community, reflecting their interest in availing government services delivered at their doorstep.
The local BDO Abhilash Sharma delivered an insightful address, highlighting various government welfare schemes tailored for the uplift of the tribal communities.
Highlights of the camp also included informative stalls set up by the government departments, including Agriculture, Health, ICDS, Social Welfare, Revenue, Sheep Husbandry, Horticulture, Fisheries and others, showcasing and providing on-the-spot benefits of flagship schemes, especially for tribal.
Other activities included awareness about DAJGUA, distribution of IEC pamphlets, issuance of PMJAY and Ayushman Cards as well as the on-the-spot distribution of caste certificates, domicile certificates and more.
