Driver booked for rash driving in Doda’s Gandoh

 DODA, 2 April 2024: Based on specific information  received in  police station Gandoh that one vehicle TATA SUMO bearing Registration No JK03B-0851, driven by the driver namely Zubair Ahmed S/O Jaan Mohd R/O Alni Gangota Tehsil Gandoh plying from Gowari towards Goilbar in rash and negligent manner which was highly dangerous  and  risky for pedestrians and other vehicles plying on the road and the passengers boarding in it. On Checking vehicle (09) passengers were found overloaded in the vehicle .

 On this, *Case FIR No 22/2024 U/S 279,336 IPC 194-A M.V. Act* stands registered in Police station Gandoh and investigation started.Doda Police  has launched special drive against the traffic violators and seized / challaned number of vehicles and FIRs against the erring drivers.
