District Collector Poonch chairs CLU Committee Meeting

POONCH, JUNE 3: Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of the Change of Land Use (CLU) Committee to review and decide on various applications submitted for land use conversion in the district.

The meeting was attended by GM DIC, ACR, DFO Territorial, Chief Agriculture Officer, OC 79 RCC, XENs of PDD, PWD, and I&FC, Tehsildar Haveli and the District Officer of the Pollution Control Committee Poonch.

Numerous applications were examined in the meeting. Those fulfilling the required formalities were approved, while others were either rejected due to incomplete documentation or reverted for further clarification and compliance.

The District Collector directed revenue officers to closely monitor land-related activities and ensure that no construction takes place without valid CLU permission. He emphasized strict enforcement of land use regulations to promote planned development and uphold legal compliance across the district.
