Dharti Aaba Abhiyan – Awareness & Benefit Saturation Camp held successfully at Khaltsi

Khaltsi, June 17,2025: Under the banner of Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), SDM Incharge Asgar Ali led a comprehensive Awareness & Benefit Saturation Camp held at Khaltsi on June 17, in coordination with all line departments, to create awareness and empower rural communities about various government scheme and initiatives.

The camp aims to bridge gap between rural communities and government service, ensuring that benefits of various government scheme under various departments must reach the intended beneficiaries.

During the camp, officials from various department including Revenue department, Medical department, Education department, Cooperative department, Rural Development Department, Animal Husbandry department, Horticulture department, ICDS, Sheep Husbandry, Animal husbandry, Social Welfare, Food and Civil Service along with banks such as J&K bank and State bank interacted with the people in the Sub Division, providing information and clarifying doubts about various government schemes.

The camp also featured Medical check – ups, issuance of ST, RC, Income certificate, awareness about old age pension, disability pension, National Family benefit, PM Jan Dhan Yojna, Suraksha Beema Yojna, KCC benefit, Awareness about compost pit, Solar drier, issuance of job card and various other benefits which were well- received by the attendees.

Officers from all participating departments were present to interact with the public, address grievances, and ensure delivery of services in a transparent and efficient manner.
