DDC Chairperson Kulgam expresses grief over loss of life in cloudburst at Gownsargam

KULGAM, MAY 02:    Chairperson of the District Development Council  Kulgam, Mohammad Afzal Parray, expressed profound grief over the death of Tariq Ahmad Paddar, Son of  Mohd Subhan Padar in a cloudburst at Gownsargam village of the district. 

He extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul. He urged the District Administration and concerned authorities to provide immediate compensation and rehabilitation support to the affected family.
