DC reviews implementation of HADP in Samba District

SAMBA, MAY 07: The District Level Implementation Committee on Holistic Agriculture Development Plan (HADP) today reviewed recommendations/ selection of the farmers/ beneficiaries by Agriculture Production and Farmers Welfare and allied Departments here, at its meeting chaired by District Development Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma.

At the outset, Chief Agriculture Officer (Committee’s Member Secretary) Madan Gopal Singh welcomed the participants. The chair reviewed and discussed the list of eligible beneficiaries for the final selection/approval of Agriculture and allied department’s who had applied online on the HADP portal.


A total number of 258 beneficiaries have been selected under different programmes of the Holistic Agriculture Development Plan under Agriculture and allied departments.
DDC instructed to source more applications to provide benefits to the maximum number of eligible farmers. He further stressed on registering the utmost number of farmers on Daksh Kisan Portal for online training.


Additional District Development Commissioner, Chief Horticulture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer and other members of the committee also attended the meeting.
