Chairperson DDC Kulgam expresses grief over deaths of Kulgam residents, others in road accident at Banihal

KULGAM, September 12: The Chairperson, District Development Council (DDC) Kulgam, M Afzal Parray expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Redwani, Kulgam over the death of their beloved in Banihal Road accident, in which four persons lost their lives.

Two out of four deceased in the mishap belonged to Redwani village of Kulgam District.

The Chairperson along with the entire DDC Kulgam prayed for peace to the departed souls.

In his condolence message, the DDC expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.
