BJP J&K organizes Professional Meets and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabhas across J&K

Sat Sharma, others highlight 11 years of transformative governance under PM Modi

Jammu, 15 June 2025: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, conducted a series of Professional Meets and ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabhas’ across multiple districts of Jammu & Kashmir to mark 11 years of Seva, Sushasan, and Gareeb Kalyan under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

At Mandal Raipur Domana, BJP District Jammu North, J&K BJP President Sat Sharma addressed a well-attended Professional Meet. He was joined by J&K BJP Vice President & former MLA Jammu North Sham Lal Sharma, District President Nand Kishore Sharma, and other senior party functionaries.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government has redefined governance with a focus on the welfare of the last person in the queue. From housing to health, electricity to entrepreneurship, every sector has witnessed a people-centric transformation. These 11 years are a testament to our resolve for a developed, secure, and self-reliant India.”

At Suchetgarh, J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul led the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha’ along with MLA Suchetgarh Prof. Garu Ram Bhagat and District President Rinku Choudhary.

Ashok Koul emphasized, “The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha is not just a programme, it’s a movement. We are committing ourselves to the vision of a developed India by 2047. The Modi government’s work on infrastructure, digital India, border security, and farmer empowerment has laid a robust foundation for this mission.”

In Bahu Mandal, Jammu South, former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta addressed the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha alongside senior leaders Rajeev Charak, Ajay Gupta, Rakesh Sangral, Surjeet Singh Sonu, and others.

Kavinder Gupta echoed the commitment of BJP towards grassroots development. He called for an enthusiastic participation from party cadre, professionals, and the general public, further reinforcing BJP’s commitment to building a Viksit Bharat by the year 2047.

At Satwari Mandal, Gangyal, BJP General Secretary & Abhiyan Incharge Adv. Vibodh Gupta, accompanied by former Deputy Mayor Baldev Singh Billawaria, addressed a spirited gathering.

Vibodh Gupta said, “The Sankalp Sabhas are an opportunity for us to reconnect with the people, reaffirm our goals, and report the positive change brought in the last 11 years. The Modi model of governance has bridged the gap between aspiration and action, making every Indian a stakeholder in the nation’s progress.”
