BJP handover memorandum to deport “Illegally staying Pakistanis in Jammu” to Administration
Jammu/Udhampur/Kathua/Samba/Reasi, 05 May 2025: Senior BJP leadership handed over memorandums for the deportation of “Illegally staying Pakistanis in Jammu” to the Administration through the Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of various administrative Districts in Jammu.

Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP and Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP (Lok Sabha) led a deputation of BJP MLAs and District Presidents and senior leaders handed over a Memorandum for deportation of illegally staying Pakistanis in Jammu to the DC Jammu, at the DC Office, Jammu.
Sham Lal Sharma, J&K BJP vice-president and MLA, Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, Dr. Rajiv Bhagat, Arvind Gupta, & Mohan Lal Bhagat, MLAs, Bharat Bhushan, DDC Chairperson, District Presidents Adv. Rajesh Gupta, Naresh Singh Jasrotia, Nand Kishore Sharma, Rinku Choudhary, Kuldeep Raj Sharma, and Rajiv Pandita, Suraj Singh, Suresh Sharma, Veenu Khanna, Ayodhya Gupta, Adv. Purnima Sharma, Rakesh Mahajan, Parmod Kapahi, Sanjita Dogra, Sunil Prajapati, Ranjodh Singh Nalwa, Roshan Choudhary, Parduman Singh, and others were also present on the occasion.
The deputation moved in the form of a procession from Shahidi Chowk and proceeded to the DC Office, where the senior leaders called upon DC Jammu to take immediate and effective action to deport all the illegally staying or overstaying Pakistani nationals from Jammu.
The BJP leaders were carrying placards and raising slogans, highlighting the rage and anger against the terrorism, threat to the nation’s security and for the deportation of “Illegally staying Pakistanis in India”.
Sat Sharma, while addressing on the occasion, remembered the heart-breaking martyrdom of Pahalgam tourists. He said that the Government of India has ordered to deport all the “Illegally Staying Pakistanis in India” in wake of security threat and the snapping of diplomatic ties with the rogue nation. He said that although the administration may be engaged in identifying and deporting the illegally staying or overstaying Pakistanis nationals in India, the BJP in wake of spurt of repeated incidents of innocent killings, has taken this step to press for the quick action on the part of administration to immediately deport these illegal persons, who are posing a security threat to the nation as well as to the society internally in day-to-day life.
“There is nothing over and above the nation’s security for the BJP and the party will do everything that deems to be necessary to ensure safety and security of the nation and its residents”, said Sat Sharma.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while talking to the media persons, stressed that the Modi government is committed to secure the borders of the nation. But, as it seems, over the years, the threat has snowballed into a heartbreaking catastrophe recently witnessed in Pahalgam and thrived over in our society on a massive scale posing a grave danger to the security of the nation and has created a situation highly inflammable. He also said that often some illegally staying persons are found engaged in criminal activities and causing drug menace in the society.
Meanwhile, Dr. Nirmal Singh, former Deputy Chief Minister, accompanied by Surjit Singh Salathia, BJP Vice-President & MLA, Keshav Sharma DDC Chairperson, and others handed over the memorandum for the deportation of Pakistani nationals from Jammu to the Administration through DC Samba.
Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy CM, Balwant Mankotia, Pawan Gupta, Ranbir Singh Pathania, Sunil Bhardwaj, MLAs, Arun Gupta, District President and others handed over the memorandum to the administration through DC Udhampur.
Dr Narinder Singh, BJP National Secretary and MLA handed over a memorandum to the administration through SDM R.S. Pura, demanding the deportation of Pakistanis illegally residing in Jammu.
Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, General Secretary & MLA, accompanied by Adv Vijay Sharma, & Rajeev Jasrotia, MLAs, Updesh Andotra, Gopal Mahajan, and others handed over the memorandum to the DC Kathua.
J&K BJP General Secretary Adv. Vibodh Gupta, MLA Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Baldev Raj Sharma, MLA Reasi Kuldeep Raj Dubey, District President Reasi Rohit Dubey handed over a memorandum to the administration through the DC Reasi, demanding the deportation of Pakistanis illegally residing in Reasi.
