BJP collects mitti from homes of more martyrs to be send for Amrit Vatika

JAMMU, September 5: Continuing with the campaign to collect mitti/soil for the upcoming ‘Amrit Vatika’ at the national capital, senior leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir reached the houses and memorials of martyrs in the UT and undertook the exercise to collect mitti.

“It is a great honour for us to be a part of the great campaign and every BJP activist is contributing maximum for its success”, said Ravinder Raina, President, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir.

Raina said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working incessantly to strengthen the nation at all levels and in all matters. He said that the whole idea behind the campaign directed to the creation of ‘Amrit Vatika’ is to give the inspiration of ‘Unity amongst Diversity’ to every Bharatiya. This will further the mission of realizing ‘Bharat Mata’ as ‘Vishav Guru’.

Ravinder Raina, during the campaign, visited houses of Rajneesh Sharma and martyr Ravi Pal in Rajwal village (Ramgarh), martyr Bachan Singh and martyr Kuldeep Raj in Ramgarh in Samba. He also visited to collect the mitti from a sacred place at Badiyal Kaziyan, RS Pura Jammu.

J&K BJP General Secretary Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, former Minister Chander Prakash Ganga and other senior leaders also accompanied Raina.

In a similar exercise,  J&K BJP General Secretary Sunil Sharma met the family members of martyrs Asfaq Ji and Omar Ji in District Budgam of Kashmir valley under the ‘Meri Maati Mera Desh’ campaign.

Similar exercises were also undertaken in all the areas of Jammu & Kashmir under the leadership of senior party leaders.
