Baramulla Police arrests black marketeer, seizes 210 litres of illicit diesel

In a successful crackdown on black marketing, the Baramulla Police successfully apprehended a person on Thursday, December 7th, 2023, for his involvement in the illegal sale of petroleum products at exorbitant rates.

He was immediately taken into custody and a case under relevant sections of the Essential Commodities Act and Petroleum Act has been registered against him.

Further investigations are underway.
