Bandipora Police seize 3 vehicles in crackdown on illegal mining

Bandipora Police, in their ongoing effort to curb illegal mining activities, seized three vehicles in Sumbal.

The seized vehicles include two tractors and one tipper, all found to be transporting minerals without proper permits or licenses.

This action is part of an ongoing drive by the Bandipora Police against illegal mining activities.

The seized vehicles were confiscated in accordance with the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act (MMRD Act) in collaboration with the District Mineral Office, Bandipora.

Investigations are underway to identify the individuals involved in the illegal mining operation.
