In the summer of 2021, just after tying the knot, my spouse and I embarked on a journey to Dubai, a city known for its grandeur and extravagance. Our itinerary was filled with visits to remarkable destinations, but none left an impression quite like Atlantis, The Palm, a resort perched on an awe-inspiring artificial island. Our final day at Palm Atlantis was nothing short of a dream, and I’m excited to share the details of this unforgettable experience.

Upon our arrival at Palm Atlantis, I was immediately captivated by the sheer magnificence of the place. The resort stands as a testament to human engineering prowess, sitting proudly on the Palm Jumeirah, an iconic palm-shaped island. As I entered through the gates, the view took my breath away. Our accommodation at Palm Atlantis was a room called “Ocean Deluxe,” and it lived up to its name and beyond. Stepping into the room, I was greeted by a sight that I could hardly believe was real. From our private balcony, we were treated to an endless expanse of the deep blue sea, with the intricate branches of the Palm Jumeirah island sprawled out before us. The room’s design, a blend of contemporary aesthetics and timeless elegance, was a true sanctuary of comfort.

One of the most enchanting aspects of our stay was the Atlantis Aquarium, a mesmerizing underwater world that seemed like something out of a science fiction novel. The Ambassador Lagoon, a mammoth 11-million-liter aquarium, was its centerpiece. Here, I found myself spellbound by the dance of marine life, including graceful rays and majestic sharks, gliding past with an effortless elegance.

Our culinary journey at Palm Atlantis was nothing short of a gastronomic adventure. With over 20 restaurants to choose from, it felt like we were circling the globe one meal at a time. We savored the creations of the renowned Saffron restaurant.



For an adrenaline rush, we dedicated a day to the Aquaventure Waterpark, one of the largest and most thrilling waterparks in the Middle East. From plummeting down the Tower of Poseidon to conquering the Leap of Faith and leisurely drifting along the Lazy River, the park offered an array of aquatic adventures for every age group.
