Ashok Koul chairs organizational meeting of Kathua BJP, focuses on grassroot work
Kathua, 24 May 2025: Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Organization), J&K BJP, chaired a meeting of BJP District Kathua at its District Office in Kathua.
The meeting served as a platform for detailed discussions on party activities, strategies, and the way forward in strengthening the party’s base across all levels.
District President Updesh Andotra, Hiranagar Assembly MLA Adv. Vijay Sharma, Kathua Assembly MLA Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Vice President of District Development Council (DDC) Raghunandan Singh Bablu, senior leaders Gopal Mahajan, Prem Nath Dogra, Kuldeep, Ravinder Sharma, Gagan Sharma, and other prominent leaders were present in the meeting.
Ashok Koul addressed the gathering with a strong emphasis on organizational discipline and unity. He highlighted the BJP’s status as the largest political party in the world and urged all workers to take pride in being associated with such a monumental political force. He further motivated the cadre to continue working with dedication and in an organized manner to ensure the successful implementation of the party’s vision and policies at the grassroots level.
“The strength of any political party lies in its workers. It is our collective responsibility to ensure that the party’s ideology reaches every household. Our programs must be effectively communicated and implemented at the booth level to build a strong and responsive organization,” Koul stated.
Updesh Andotra, on the behalf of senior leaders, district, mandal teams expressed the determination to work collectively for the continued growth and success of the BJP in the region.
Adv. Vijay Sharma assured the senior leadership of his commitment to the party’s goals. He stated that the leadership’s directives are being followed with utmost sincerity and that every possible step is being taken to bolster the party’s presence from the booth to the state level.
Dr. Bharat Bhushan reaffirmed that consistent efforts are underway to expand the BJP’s base and to connect with the masses more effectively, ensuring inclusivity and development for all.
A sapling was planted in the premises of the BJP District Office by Ashok Koul, symbolizing growth, sustainability, and the party’s commitment to a greener future.
