Apni Party’s Pulwama cadre gets boost; a large group of political activists and panchayat members join the party

Senior leaders gave the new entrants a warm welcome into the party fold

Srinagar, May 20: Many political activists and panchayat members, mostly from the Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday joined Apni Party during an event organised at the party headquarters in Srinagar.
Party’s senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, along with other senior leaders, gave a warm welcome to the new entrants and assured them that the party will provide them with ample opportunities to serve the people in their respective areas.
He said, “Apni Party’s core agenda is to foster peace prosperity and the development of Jammu and Kashmir. We are committed to pursue the economic empowerment of the people, and diligently working towards the betterment of the masses. Therefore, I assure you that this party will offer you abundant opportunities to serve the people in your respective areas and the entire leadership will be behind you once you are out there to serve the people.”
The new entrants included DDC member from Aripal Tral Manzoor Ahmad Ganai, PDP Block President Haji Khazir Mohammad Sheikh, Councillor Municipal Committee Pulwama Mymoona Akhtar, BJP activist from Litter Rayees Ahmad, Sarpanch Nargistan Tral Ghulam Hassan, Sarpanch Seer Ghulam Qadir Chopan, Panch Loran Hassena Akhtar, Panch Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, PDP activist Nargistan Sirajuddin Gojar, BJP activist Farooq Ahmad Malik, Panch Nasima Ji, Panch Nargistan Qasim Gojri, Panch Hajan Tral  Mohammad Yusuf, Panch Panzoo Abdul Rashid and others.
Besides Ghulam Hassan Mir, the prominent party leaders who were present on the occasion included Vice President Zaffar Iqbal Manhas, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, State Secretary Muntazir Mohiuddin, State Convenor Haji Parvez, Provincial President for the party’s Women Wing Dilshada Shaheen, District President Pulwama Ghulam Mohammad Mir, Party Leader Omer Jan, District President Youth Pulwama Syed Tajalah Andrabi, District President Woman Wing Pulwama Ruksana Akhter, Advocate Aquib Hameed, Shoib Dar, Umar Jan,  Afroza Khan,  , Rafiqa ji, and others.
