BJP organizes Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha at mandal level across Jammu & Kashmir
Jammu, 14 June 2025: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, organized Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha programmes at the Mandal level across the Union Territory, reaffirming its commitment to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India by 2047.

During these Sabhas, senior BJP leaders and local cadre participated enthusiastically, taking a solemn pledge to dedicate themselves to the cause of nation-building and work relentlessly towards the realization of Viksit Bharat by the time India marks 100 years of its independence.
In a show of unity and resolve, BJP leaders also paid heartfelt tributes to the victims of the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, expressing deep condolences to the bereaved families during these gatherings.
J&K BJP President Sat Sharma led the programmes in Akhnoor District, addressing large gatherings at Sungal and Akhnoor Mandals. He was joined by District President Kuldeep Raj Sharma, MLA Mohan Lal Bhagat, Rekha Mahajan, and Jugal Dogra.
J&K BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, along with former Deputy Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation Baldev Singh Billawaria and District President Jammu South Naresh Singh Jasrotia, addressed the Sabha at Ram Leela Ground, Gangyal, under Kunjwani Mandal.
Lok Sabha MP Jugal Kishore Sharma led the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha at Bharat Mata Mandir in Trikuta Nagar Mandal under Jammu South District.
Former Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Nirmal Singh addressed a spirited gathering in Mahanpur Mandal of Basohli.
J&K BJP General Secretary Adv. Vibodh Gupta, MLA Prof. Gharu Ram Bhagat, and District President Rinku Choudhary addressed the Sabha in Chohala Mandal of Suchetgarh.
Addressing the gatherings, Sat Sharma emphasized that the Modi government has completed 11 transformative years, during which India has risen from being the world’s 11th to the 4th largest economy. He reiterated the government’s commitment to inclusive growth, driven by the guiding principles of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas. He prompted all the participants to contribute in the vision of PM Modi to achieve the aim of Viksit Bharat by 2047 following the basic principle of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’.
In Akhnoor, Programmes were also held in the Kharahbali, Khour, Pargwal, and Palanwala Mandals.
In Anantnag, programmes were also held in the Anantnag, Anantnag West, Dooru, Kookernag, Pahalgam, Shangus-Anantnag East, and Srigufwara-Bijbehra Mandals.
In Bandipora Programme was also held in the Bandipora Mandal.
in Baramulla, Programmes were also held in the Baramulla, Sopore, and Uri Mandals.
In Basohli Programme was also held in the Machedi Mandal.
In Budgam, programmes were held in Beerwah and Khan Sahib Mandals.
In Doda, programmes were held in Assar, Bhaderwah, Bhalla, Chilly Pingal, Gandoh, Jodhpur, Kahara, Marmat, Saraj, and Thathri Mandals.
In Jammu Border programme was held in Dablehar-Rathan Mandal.
In Jammu North, programme was held in Mathwar Mandal.
In Kishtwar, programmes were held in Mugal Maidan, and Padder Mandals.
In Kupwara, programmes were held in Kupwara, and Trehgam Mandals.
In Nowshera, programme was held in the Narian Mandal.
In Poonch, programmes were held in the Balakote, Draba, Jhullas, Sathra, and Surankote Mandals.
In Pulwama, the programme was held in Rajpora Mandal.
In Rajouri, the programmes were hold in the Behrote, Budhal, Darhal, Khajamola, Khawas, and Kotranka Mandals.
In Ramban, the programme was held in the Ukhral Mandal.
In Reasi, the programme was held in the Baba Dhansar Mandal.
In Samba, programme was held in the Rajpora Mandal.
In Srinagar, the programme was held in the Lal Chowk Mandal.
In Udhampur, the programmes were held in the Basantgarh, Chanunta, Chowki, Ghordi, Krimchi, Latti, Narsoo, Ramnagar Mandals.
