PM Modi holds roadshow in Bhuj
Bhuj (Gujarat) [India], May 26 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held a roadshow in Gujarat’s Bhuj and later inaugurated multiple development projects.
He received a warm welcome. People waved at him and greeted him enthusiastically.
The Prime Minister said that the projects launched today will accelerate progress in power, ports and other infrastructure
“Bhuj’s growth story is remarkable. The projects launched today will accelerate progress in power, renewable energy, ports and other infrastructure,” he said in a post on X.
The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone and inaugurated multiple development projects worth over Rs 53,400 crore at Bhuj.
The projects from the power sector include transmission projects for evacuating renewable power generated in the Khavda Renewable Energy Park, transmission network expansion, and Ultra super critical thermal power plant unit at Tapi.
It also includes projects of the Kandla port and multiple road, water and solar projects of Gujarat government.
Earlier, addressing a gathering in Dahod in Gujarat, PM Modi issued a stern warning against terrorism.
He referred to Operation Sindoor launched by Indian Armed Forces in response to Pahalgam terror attack.
“Jab koi hamari behno ke sindoor ko mitayega, toh uska bhi mitna tay ho jata hai. (If anyone dares to wipe off the sindoor of our sisters, their end is certain),” PM Modi said.
He noted that ‘Operation Sindoor’ was not just a military operation but a reflection of India’s values.
“Operation Sindoor is not just a military operation — it is a reflection of our Indian values and the deep emotions we hold close to our hearts,” he stated. (ANI)
