PMEGP beneficiary establishes Flour Mill at village Batara- Gandoh

MLA, DC inaugurate project, encourage local youth to set-up micro-enterprises

 DODA, MAY 21: Member Legislative Assembly Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar, in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda, Harvinder Singh, inaugurated a Flour Mill at Batara village in the Gandoh subdivision established by a local entrepreneur by availing the financial  support under flagship Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) .

 The project sponsored by the District Industries Centre (DIC) Doda was established by incurring Rs. 30 lakh provided as loan by J&K Bank Gandoh.

Alongside the inauguration of the Plant, theMLA and DC asked local youth to set up micro-enterprise to strengthen the local economy through self-employment.

MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar praised the efforts of the District Administration Doda for effectively implementing employment generation schemes and urged more youth to come forward and benefit from such initiatives.
