PSAJK President  Congratulates Students, Teachers, Parents and School Administration On 10th & 12th Class Results

G.N. Var Urges Policymakers To Recognize The Role Of The Private Education Sector In J&K

Srinagar, 01 May, 2025: The Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) President, G.N. Var, has extended heartfelt congratulations to all students who appeared in the recently declared JKBOSE 10th and 12th class examinations. He also expressed special appreciation for school managements, teaching, non-teaching staff and parents for their dedicated efforts in shaping the future of the youth.

In a statement issued to the press, he highlighted the continued cademic excellence demonstrated by private schools, which, in line with past trends, have once again delivered outstanding results. “The data and performance speak for themselves. Private schools constitute the majority of educational institutions in J&K, especially in towns and cities, where nearly 80% of students are enrolled in private institutions. The results have been exceptional,” said G.N. Var.

Var further emphasized the importance of analyzing results based on data and logic to recognize the substantial contribution of the private education sector. “It is essential that policymakers involve the private sector when framing education policies. These policies must be child-centric and education-focused to ensure genuine progress for our society and nation,” he added.

Addressing students who did not score as expected, G.N. Var urged them not to lose hope or self-confidence. “Marks do not define your capability. Even Prof. H.C. Verma, the renowned physicist and Padma Shri awardee, once failed multiple classes. Yet today, he stands as a benchmark in the world of science. The real question is how much have you learned? That is what truly matters.”

In conclusion, G.N. Var reiterated his congratulations to all students both Top achievers and those still on their learning journey and encouraged them to continue striving for knowledge and personal growth.
