368 Jr Engineers promoted as Asst Engineers in major HR push by Jal Shakti Dept

 In a significant HR upgrade, the Jal Shakti Department has promoted 368 Junior Engineers to Assistant Engineers. The move follows Minister Javed Ahmed Rana’s directive for regular HR reviews and timely DPCs. Recently, 25 XEns were elevated to Superintending Engineers amid a 90% vacancy crisis. Rana also ordered immediate referral of resultant vacancies to recruiting agencies for fast-track hiring via special recruitment drives.
